We come from a line of Fish & Chip shop owners, indeed both myself and my 3 sisters grew up hanging off my dad’s legs, watching and learning. I would want to watch everything, from peeling the spuds to making the batter… slowly and surely I got more involved and a love for the business grew.

As I grew up in the business and learnt all the techniques I also learnt the most important lesson – customer service is key. I was taught that you should never sacrifice quality for profit. So here I am today with my wife, children and of course our fantastic staff ready to carry on the family business. Our aim is simple: continuing the Great British Tradition of Fish and Chips.
